The Inception....

In an effort to understand and fully leverage advantages associated with both project management and systems engineering, team members began analyzing the convergence of said disciplines. It quickly became clear that there were really more then just these two factors or subsets at play.

This revelation led to the notion of the development of the Organizational Trichotomy Model (OTM). And, the team also quickly discovered that the concept of the OTM was applicable beyond system engineering and program management. In fact, it was applicable to multiple topics of concern and would provide for a new means to easily view highly complex matters in a more simplistic manner. This in turn allows for individuals and organizations to analyze, understand and adjust to changes in a given environment. The next introductory blog will explain these concepts in more detail.

And as team members evolve the concepts the results will be captured herein as a means to document the evolution of thought as well gain insight from followers and supporters.

The blog will be updated weekly with new additions so please check back frequently.
